An Army Unit had severe Shortage of SOCKS.

There is a Good news & A Bad news.
The good news is you are going to Change ur dirty old Socks
& The bad news is you are going to EXCHANGE them amongst each other.
This is the same as Democracy in Pakistan:
We keep on choosing the same Rotten old leaders,they just keep on chnging parties or positions,
The System Remains constant.
